KGmailNotifier is a Gmail notifier applet for KDE: when new mail has arrived in your inbox a small window will popup, showing author and subject of the newest mail. The underlined link will take you right to your inbox with your preferred browser. KGmailNotifier is greatly inspired by the Gmail notifier that can be found here: http://gmail-notify.sourceforge.net.

KOSD

KOSD is a simple KDE application that runs in the background and responds to button presses by showing a little OSD. It delegates the job of changing the volume to KMix. Currently following actions are supported: raise volume, lower volume, mute/unmute volume, show volume, show brightness, show battery charge.

This is a mod version for FastWeb users. aMule stands for all-platform Mule. aMule is an eMule-like client for the eD2k and Kademlia networks, supporting multiple platforms. Currently aMule (officially) supports a wide variety of platforms and operating systems, being compatible with more than 60 different hardware+OS configurations. aMule is entirely free, it's sourcecode released under the GPL just like eMule, and includes no adware or spyware as is often found in proprietary P2P applications.

KBirthday

You can copy/sychronize your data from source to target. rsync is an open source utility that provides fast incremental file transfer, is freely available under the GNU General Public License, is a file transfer program for Unix systems, uses the "rsync algorithm" which provides a very fast method for bringing remote files into sync.
